Ernest Pinart was a early Belgian manufacturer of automobiles in the early part of the 20th century . The brand name was Pinart .
The company from the Rue des Coteaux in Schaerbeek / Schaarbeek began in 1901 with the production of automobiles. It exhibited engines at the Crystal Palace auto show in London in February 1902 . Bradbury Bros. and Brooks Motor from England were customers of these engines with 2 and 4 cylinders.
The models 6 CV and 9 CV were equipped with two-cylinder engines. There was also the 12 CV with a four-cylinder engine . The vehicles had a three-speed gearbox and chain drive.
