The Société Mécanique et Moteurs was a early Belgian manufacturer of automobiles, motorcycles and parts in the early part of the 20th century .
The company from the Rue Lairesse in Liège began in 1903 with the production of automobiles and motorcycles. The first model 16 CV had a four-cylinder engine with OHV valve control and a wooden frame.
1904 there were engines with SV valve control .
1905 the vehicles now received a steel frame. Now also the 10 CV with a three-cylinder engine and the 35 CV with four-cylinder engine was available.
When Hermès took over the company in 1906, the production ended
