Elgé (Lambin et Gendebien)

Automotive manufacturer of Houffalize;Belgium From 1909 to 1914.

 

Lambin et Gendebien was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles .The brand name was Elgé .

History

The company from Houffalize was founded in 1909. In 1912 began the production of automobiles.  Due to the war in 1914, the production ended after around only 25 manufactured cars with some race success.

The model 12/14 CV was equipped with a four-cylinder engine with 2121 cc capacity of Fondu . In addition, there was a smaller model with a built-in motor of Chapuis-Dornier with 1244 cc.
