Établissements Foidart et Rosenthal was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles . The brand name was Foidart & Rosenthal .

History 

The company was based at the Quai du Hainaut in Brussels . 1900 began the production of automobiles. In the same year the production ended.

The company produced two different models. 3 CV and 7 CV differed in engine performance. There were small cars with flat type engine, three-speed gearbox and space for two people.
