Tulio Crespi, Carrocerias de Competicion is an Argentine company and former manufacturer of automobiles . The brand name was Crespi .
Orlando Tulio Crespi founded the company in Balcarce in 1962 and began producing racing cars. 1969 was followed by passenger cars. By the 1980s ended car production.
Initially, all racing cars were produced, including the first monoposto made in Argentina, as well as Formula Junior cars and racing prototypes.
The Tulia GT was the first car of the manufacturer. This was a coupe with hatchback. Various six-cylinder engines from Chevrolet , Dodge , Ford and IKApowered the vehicles. For a motor, an output of 215 hp from 3770 cc displacement has been handed down. The vehicle had a wheelbase of 282 cm and a width of 184 cm. and a quantity of seven to ten vehicles.
In 1971, the Tulietta appeared on the chassis of the Renault 4 . The first version was a coupe with a wide B-pillar without rear side windows. The second version Tulietta GT had narrow B and C columns and a side window in between. There was also a cabriolet called Tulietta Convertiblé , a Coupé Tulietta Rural with hatchback and a pick-up . The four-cylinder engine made 40 hp from 1020 cc. Other 850 cc, 1300 cc and 1400 cc engines were also available.
The Taunus TC from 1977 was a modification of the Ford Taunus as a coupe. The Spiaggia of 1985 was a beach type car on Renault basis.
